Make up, clothing, accessories; they’re all just different means of self-expression. Humans have been decorating themselves with these things for thousands of years. I find it unfortunate that some people see and use such things as a way of ‘hiding’ when in fact it should be embraced as a way of visually elaborating on a feeling. I don’t wear make up every day, and I’m comfortable with or without it; it just depends how I feel like expressing myself at the time. Below is an ‘unpainted’ photo of me.
